The 3rd Asian Charity Forum was grandly opened on November 29, 2025 in Boao, Hainan.
With the theme of "Openness, Co-construction, Innovation and Development", this forum was guided by the China Association for the Promotion of International Exchanges of Non-governmental Organizations and hosted by the Hainan Asian Public Welfare Research Institute.
The "Lanshan Nursing Home Charity Sponsorship Project" of Ningxia Jiqing Foundation stood out from more than 100 participating projects and won the honor of "Asian Public Welfare Demonstration Project".

On the afternoon of November 29, the parallel forum of "Optimus Rose Empowering Peers - Construction of Support System for Single Parents in Distress" hosted by Ningxia Jiqing Foundation opened.

and other experts and industry peers jointly explored the construction path of the support system for single-parent mothers in distress, shared practical cases and systematic assistance plans, and conducted in-depth exchanges on issues such as family support, community support, psychological counseling, children's education, and social security.
In the future, service projects for single-parent mothers in distress should pay more attention to the professionalism of services, and form a multi-dimensional support system in terms of family support, community support, policy support and social support.
Wang Zhenyao, chairman of the Hainan Asia Public Welfare Research Institute and former director of the Department of Social Welfare and Charity Promotion of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, was specially invited to attend the parallel forum, and solemnly commended the "caring enterprise" Inner Mongolia Zhengwei Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., the "caring entrepreneurs" Zhao Guanghui, Ma Zhengwu, Malik, Ha Guixiong, Tashi and the "love ambassador" Sarina, to express the deep gratitude of the public welfare partners for their long-term continuous support and high attention to the public welfare undertakings of single mothers in distress.
The parallel forum issued the "Proposal for Caring for Single Mothers in Distress", calling on the majority of public welfare partners to work hand in hand to "strengthen the protection of rights and interests, enhance social understanding, and provide substantive support", and promote the deep transformation of the assistance model for single-parent mothers in distress from "short-term assistance" to "long-term empowerment".
The parallel forum of "Super Rose, Empowering Peers" is the starting point, not the end.
Ningxia Jiqing Foundation will continue to deepen the issue of single mothers in distress, and further promote the integration and efficient use of resources in the east and west.
